Thanks for engaging Daniel 🙂 Yup! You're spot on there about the payouts. Given cost of living is substantially lower here, a Twitch payout of over $1k is a massive amount.

That being said, there's poor support for digital payments here, which makes it challenging to actually get that money into the hands of streamers. Even Medium partner program payouts are with work arounds.

The payment problem is improving. But nowhere fast enough that it makes international transactions like this frictionless.
